Don't leave the office, turn on your answer phone and then expect to return to messages enquiring about your service.
People more often than not, will not leave a message.
Allow us to answer your calls, in your own company name. Your customer is taken care of, we can advise you immediately of this call and you can then return this in your own time. The important thing being that your customer spoke with a representative of your company and was looked after at the time of the call.
There are many call centres providing telephone answering services, but we’re not a call centre. We specialise in providing a highly personal, flexible service which meets the requirements of each of our clients individually.
